Fraudulent Agent?
Be cautious and wary of trusting this agent. Martin reaches out to unsuspecting landlords claiming to have pre-vetted clients interested in their properties. After wasting your time with a property tour, you quickly receive a rental application filled with fraudulent bank statements and pay slips.
When confronted about this practice, he shifts the blame onto the "client," despite having claimed to have vetted them himself. To me, this is either unprofessional or collusion in a scam. I suspect the latter.
