After complying with every last little detail the ladies in accounts and maintenance still thought it fit to hang on to my deposit for 21 days. Despite having already attended to the items on the pre-exitinspection they decided that they were going to use money from my deposit to clean and paint the place again. 21 Days came and went with no communication from them. I had to struggle to get a hold of them. when i did they were rude and dismissive. A story about the money coming next week. Next week comes and guess what? Its going on 40 days now. I'm lodging a formal complaint. The money being late is the issue. The rude disrespectful condescending attitude and treatment isn't tolerable anymore. I'm lodging a formal complaint and I suggest whoever deals with them reads up their reviews first. I wish I did. 0/10 do not recommend dealing with this passive-aggressive miserable bunch.
