‼️SCAM ALERT‼️ Paid for a trip in full and it was cancelled last minute, still waiting for my refund since it was not my choice to cancel and I'm being ignored. I WANT MY FULL REFUND‼️
Note that I have been waiting for a refund since 6 October 2021
SCAMMER
Mr Bigs Transport Service is very unprofessional and arrogant. I paid for a trip of two from Polokwane to Pretoria in full, he was running late and not communicating he ended up not coming at all and said he was gonna refund my money which was R700.
Five days later I am still waiting for my refund and he is still ignoring my calls and texts.
