Mizens took my engine for repairs two weeks later when I had to fetch it they closed the gate on our faces even though we told them a day before that we would taking the engine the following when we got there they said they were closing even though they did not inform us that they would close regardless of our arrangement to pick up. Furthermore they promised to open at 06:00 on the 22nd December and we should come and fetch our engine all calls, whtsup and emails went unanswered now will have to wait till next year for something that was arranged for and ready for collection. This has to demonstrated lack of integrity with no customer centricity. My business has suffered a great deal because of this selfish arrogant behavior and attitude shown
