Maddies Immigration NO GO
We engaged her servies & were promised the VIP lounge & that she would come with us for the visa extension process. We paid her on 6th September. She ASSUMED ( HER WORDS) we were in CT & her assistant noticed our address was in JHB at the last minute. So it was then too late for her to make an appointment with VFS via the VIP process. We had to stand in a parking lot in a queue & then wait in a crowd for the Walk-In experience. She refused to refund us anything.
