DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!!
1. The agents(Franck Phillips) are very rude when dealing with their tenants, using offensive language and swearing at us when bringing up issues that need to be addressed in the house.
2. Had me sign a 12 month fixed contract lease in March 2021, when they were aware that the property was currently up for sale which they did not inform me of, and the property ended up being sold in May, gave me no notice but rather told me I had to leave the house as the owner didn’t want tenants in the house.
3. When I finally agreed to leave, getting my deposit back was an issue, when trying to resolve this issue, the owner(Pieter Kruger) proceeded to block my number and told me to contact my lawyers rather.
Luckily got my deposit back due to the new owners legal knowledge, as this agency was refusing to pay back the deposits, had it not been for the new owner of the house, I doubt I would’ve received my deposit back.
