Please avoid using this stone supplier and installer.

- They assured me they would install Zimbabwean black leathered stone in my kitchen.
- During installation, they applied a dark "sealer" to the stone. When I questioned this multiple times, I was dismissed.
- Zimbabwean leathered stone is expensive, while Rustenburg is much cheaper.
- Three independent stone experts confirmed that the stone was not Zimbabwean leathered stone.

After numerous attempts to get clarification, I contacted the supplier used by the kitchen company. Luiz, the owner of Lifestyle Granite, delegated my query to an employee and avoided direct contact. Despite repeated requests, Luiz has not visited my property to inspect the stone. Instead, he sent a representative who did not work for Lifestyle Granite and also confirmed the stone was not Zimbabwean black stone. Lifestyle Granite claimed Union Tiles supplied the stone and provided an invoice from Union Tiles, which was not addressed to me and could belong to anyone.

Lifestyle Granite refused to take responsibility or inspect the installation. Luiz, your failure to address this issue and visit my property reflects poorly on your business ethics and reputation. Customers trust suppliers, and I feel betrayed and lied to.

I urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this company to avoid similar experiences.
