We bought 3 double beds in 2019. 2 of the double beds totally caved in. It's basically like u sleeping on a canoe. We turn mattresses on a regular basis. We contact the shop we bought it from. Now we have to pay towards the repair of beds.the warranty terms and conditions was never explained to us. Poorly made beds sold to us with the assurance that the beds are sooo good and will last very very long. We have to pay for poor manufacturing. What is the 10yr guarantee for then? I will never recommend a Jason padley bed. Never. And also don't buy at beds from home. They are not tcf
