Jade Africa Dev and Mayfern Realtors refuse to pay deposit back
Jade Africa Development fired Skycred due to corruption allegations and hired Mayfern Realtors. Neither Jade Africa Development and/or Mayfern Realtors want to pay back the Eden Sandton tenants their deposits. Jade Africa Development does not respond to emails and none of their contact numbers work. Their service is no different to Skycred who they took to court on the 17th of August 2021.
