Worst service from Incredible Connection Paarl in Paarl Mall
A printer was bought from Incredible Connection Paarl (the one in Paarl Mall)for a guest house in Jan 2022 (with a one-year warranty). In June 2022 it started to give problems, only printing black and pink. Gave in the printer for repair on 12 Aug 2022 (living 30km away). The staff member Collin told me that it will only take 3 weeks to repair, and they didn't give me any forms to fill in, I just gave in my receipt. After 3 weeks I called them and they said the printer wasn't ready yet. Weekly or even twice a week I called Incredible connection to find out where the printer was because we need the printer for the business. On the 27th Sep, they phoned me to collect the printer (waited 6,5 weeks). After a month the printer started to give problems again, printing pink and black. Phoned Incredible Connection Immediately and told them about the printer. Collin, the staff member was very rude, he told me that this is my fault that the printer is broken, I was so shocked at how he spoke with me. Spoke with Marie Claire (manager) and she said that I need to bring it in ASAP. The earliest that I could have brought it was the 4th Dec 2022. I spoke with one of the staff members and asked him if I should fill in any forms, he assured me that he has all my details from the previous time. Early Jan 2023 I phoned to find out if I can come and collect. Collin said he didn't know whose printer it was (he called me by name and knew what the guest house name was). They never sent it in for repair, while the staff member assured me that he had all my information. My warranty expired, and now they want me to pay for the service. Marie Claire blame me for not sending it in earlier and not filling in their repair forms. Why are they blaming the customer for their faults? Now I need to pay for the repair that was their fault. This was the worst service that I ever received. The way they treat me was shocking.
