Imperial Motors (Pty) Ltd

I Purchased a vehicle from Imperial Motors, Table View branch January 2020. Amongst the documents I had to sign was an extended warranty which they recommended since the factory warranty expires last year. Now that I want to claim, it says the warranty had expired. It seems your staff put in the warranty from the date of purchase instead of the date of factory expiration. The manager says that this is what happened and is not willing to assist us further in this matter. This is not our fault!!!
Why would I take out another warranty if the vehicle was still under warranty?! Incompetent staff is to blame. Now I am sitting with a broken down vehicle because of their incompetence! This is not acceptable and I will make this publicly known as far and as wide as I can!
