Absolutely terrible communication. I reached out multiple times across different days, sent polite follow-ups, and still received no response at all. If a vendor can’t even be bothered to reply to potential clients, it’s a huge red flag for how they’ll handle actual service and delivery.

Response time is usually a reflection of professionalism, and in this case, it’s non-existent. I would not recommend wasting your time with them if this is how they treat inquiries, imagine the chaos if you actually booked them for an event.

Unreliable, unresponsive, and very disappointing.
