Hope Engravers

If I could rate this company with no stars then that is what I would do. There are some staff members there that are usually friendly and helpful, but then there are others that have a very rude approach and are too disrespectful, not only towards the clients but also towards their own staff, there are 2 guys there that are always yelling and swearing at their staff every time I visit, and they do it in front of everyone, I believe that they may be the employers, I think the one guy's name is Mario and the other one is Julius or something (could be wrong with the second name). Anyway it feels like you're stepping into hell every time you enter there, the atmosphere is so depressing and it is almost as if the staff hate it there, I have also noticed staff have been disappearing for about 2 years now and they don't seem to be replaced, I'm seeing less and less staff every time I go there, which I honestly understand, but why are they not being replaced? This company overworks their staff and to top it off they treat us clients like crap. They even prioritize other clients they like over anyone else, it's really a terrible place to go to.
