This company believes that bigger companies are more important than smaller companies. They have had my generator for estimated 1 and a half months. After insuring me that I will have it back the following week.

After waiting for a seal to fix the oil leak, to now informing me via voice message. (Which I am happy to share) that they don’t have time to strip and replace the seal. They have other big jobs that need to be done and those customers are more important because they loosing money. Be rest assured his getting paid big bucks for that too.

What the hell. What about my company and my clients. Like everyone else, I will lose money and clients If I can’t assist them too. How does he know that my company is small and does not generate money. Have they looked at my financials.

In the same Breath he says we welcome to take it else we’re but we need to pay for what has been fixed or we can’t collect. What the hell. It’s till leaks oil.

Guys please don’t use these people. They useless and money grabbers.
