Fridge Factory Shop

This company is bad news... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY... I bought a fridge on Saturday today is Wednesday they haven't delivered... They say a lie after ANOTHER AND suddenly their phones are not working including the manager ... I M even thinking of opening a case at SAPS. THIS BLOODY SCAMERS.. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY HERE

Bad service. I ordered a fridge, paid 50% deposit, gave out delivery time and was supposed to get it yesterday and then that time passed, when I got in contact with them I'm then told that their trucks are running late and I now have to pay the remaining amount because their finance office is closing early and the agreement was that I pay the deposit then give the driver the remaining so until now I haven't received my fridge and when I ask for a refund I'm being told to pay the remaining amount then they will deliver or refund me. How can I pay the remaining amount then get a refund

I paid deposit for a fridge on Saturday, and assisted by Miracle Nyathi, who then told me the fridge would be delivered later that day. The driver then called to say he cannot deliver as i need to pay the remaining balance so that he can get a one time pin from the office and deliver, when I refused I was told the fridge would not be delivered. Miracle had told me that only once the fridge is delivered do I pay the outstanding balance. On Sunday I struggled to get hold of Miracle who still has not issued me with an invoice. Later I received a call from the store manager Dimakatso Elsie Mphahlele. She apologized for the miscommunication and assured me all would be sorted. Today is Monday I have not received the fridge and the driver told me he cannot deliver because he does not have petrol and asked for the delivery fee to be transferred instead of paid upon delivery so that he can pour petrol. At this stage I no longer have any faith in this company and will proceed to open a case.

I bought a new TV with no issues, I got great service and saw so much great condition this for give away prices. If you want to be happy go pick up your own things coz the delivery service will disappoint you then end up saying don't waste your money. It's not a waste at all but savings wena be smart and pick up your own thing

This place sells products that do not work. I bought a stove hob that didn't switch on. According to their policy, if a product malfunctions, they will replace it. I have since been told that they sent the stove for repairs. They have had my stove since Thursday (Today is Saturday)! The workers are rude and malicious. I plan to take further action, as I know I have rights and the power to fight back when being bullied.
