Poor service
The company will not cover your funeral, they make this and that reasons not to pay. They will give you a casket that is of poor quality in such a way that it would not even carry a rat.
Their premiums are too high for what they actually cover, with the same amount of money you pay to them you could get over 50 000 from big insurers who have funds to pay unlike these guys.
