Worst Experience ever
I have never had a worse experience with a courier service!! I’ve been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks now.
When i track the parcel it states that delivery couldn’t be completed due to wrong postal code. I have called 10 times confirming that the postal code is correct, however, delivery keeps failing. This is a lame excuse!!! I doubt that the delivery person even tries to deliver!!!
There is a lack of communication between the call centres and the depots. There is no urgency for the drivers to deliver parcels!!!
There is NO communication to the client as to delivery taking place on that day or if a delivery failed.
I have done everything I could and still dont have my parcel!!!
Worst service ever.
The worst service ever , got my delivery notification on Monday the 31st of July, 3 days later no delivery no communication what so ever. Had to call their call centre back and forth only to be sent from one cx to another. very dissapointed in these guyse. Cape Union Mart has to find different courier partners because this is a disgrace. So sad...
