Incompetence
Not only did I receive the wrong parcel upon delivery, but when asking for MY money back, only replied at my initial email and remained silent moving on.
I'd advice anyone buying online, to choose other outlets. The inconvenience did not only impact me, but the poor person that recieved my parcel instead of what they ACTUALLY paid for.
