Unethical business
We needed some curtains made want to the store in Ormonde, with some measurements, told by the sales person that at a cost of 200 rands they would send a interior designer to come out to place take measurements. I agreed paid the 200 rand someone came out and when I asked for the measurements that I paid for I was told it's company policy not to provide the the client with the measurements we paid for.
