Terrible service
No not use this company. Terrible service and 6 weeks without communication and couches. Can't get hold of anyone. Ignore their phones and whatsapps.
Pathetic Service
Since 11 Aug ..I am still waiting for my refund which was supposed to have cleared in my bank account on the 20th of October, and today is exactly a month later. They have started to not pick up calls or respond to messages. FRAUD!!
Coffee table
OMG people pls run as FAST AND FAR AWAY from this SHOP. I ordered a small coffe table and promised it will be done in 2days. And Guess what I've been waiting since September. I've been calling Marco and Gregory and all I hear its excuses excuses. I asked for my Refund and GREGORY keep saying he doesn't know how its and only Marco is the one who does it. And he's forever not in or the funny one Lol. Hes for ever in a meeting. This People are jokes. This Shop needs to be closed down. I told Gregory a minute ago that I'll be visiting the shop tomorrow at 11 for my refund or HELL WILL BREAK LOOSE. And the nerve of Marco dissing Decofurn saying they sell Chinese furniture. Their service is 1000% perfect.
