Poor service. Bought quite a bit of stuff from them. The gas lighter was problematic. Sent it back and waited forever. Got it back finally and fired it up and it's the same as before. You can hardly set the flame and it only seems to operate on high, so that just means filling it twice a day. Zippo ain't the same as it was. That's for sure. I would have thought they would have tested it before sendi9ng it back after more than a month. That's it. No more Zippo products for me.
