I do not recommend, they made me wait the 18 day waiting period for out of stock items, only to tell me still that they don't have stock. And the fact that I had to personally follow up daily after the waiting period was over, with no help still. Wasted my time, I'd have ordered or bought from somewhere else more reliable. I put one star because there's no option to leave no star

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I ordered a set of couches 3 weeks ago, delivery was booked twice, and twice no one showed up with my couches. Their call centre agents are useless, and they keep saying people will phone me back, but time after time no one does. I eventually insisted on a refund, only to be told they will then keep 50% f the money I paid!!!!!

I paid a Layby in full in December and had to follow up ever since on delivery and stick availability. After many weeks of waiting on stock with no feedback or assistance I requested a refund and get told I have to wait 30 days with no estimated time. My money was paid in full as at 16 December 2022, it is now 07 March 2023 with no couch and R4000.00 sitting in Clearance Warehouse Centurions bank account. My money, paid on time, I must now wait 30 days for! Absolutely pathetic!

Worst and I meant WORST experience with this fraud company. I made a lay-by for a couch I fully paid it on 17th Jan. I was told I’d have to wait 25 working days to get it, which was fine but now as to date (it’s the 18th March I still don’t have my couch) and the Bloemfontein store manager Godfrey is a liar. Please save your self and don’t buy from them. Now I have to wait 30 days to get my refund

Bought lounge suite cash on the 27th of April 2023 but till now (17/09/2023) no delivery, no communication. They don't answer calls or emails, requested to be refunded they told me about 30 days wait which has now turned into months. This is scamming business
