NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE. They 'cleaned' my four-seater couch and it was so poorly done. The couch was visibly still dirty, you could see where they ran the wet vacuum over the fabric and where they just did not touch it, the fabric is also damaged from their methods and detergents. When I complained, with photos, they said I would only get a 50% refund, so I requested the terms and conditions to see if this was their policy - just a note the terms and conditions were not on the invoice or their website. When I asked for it via their website live chat, the person on the other end refused to send them to me or even advise where I could procure them - apparently they are only available on contracts. I flipped my lid because I will now have to get a new company to come and clean up their mess, and I deserve a 100% refund. I was advised that the issue has been escalated to the DIRECTOR - Paddington. I have followed up twice asking for feedback and have been ignored. They guarantee perfection but all they guarantee is poor customer service, shoddy cleaning and taking your money.
