Bt Funeral Service "service With Dignity"

2002 we used their services to bury my mother what an excellent service, 2012 we again used them to bury my sister. Still they gave us great service. Last year I was the one in charge of my niece's funeral arrangements. I was not satisfied at all, the stuff were undermining me because I am small in statue, even on the day of the burial i had to call many times because the hour had passed to go to the burial site. When I called them they told me the hearse was broken on the road. Now I am afraid to use them again cause I am the elder and the bread winner of the family.
