Babbalooz Dagsorg/Daycare

Hi, I do not recommend this day care. The owner is unprofessional in my opinion. Recently my husband went to fetch our 6 month baby boy from day care when he noticed his 1 year old cousin is playing with a toy on his head (where his soft spot is) while our boy is sitting fallen over in the support pillow. I contacted the owner to ask that the personnel please be more vigilant when they are playing. Her response was shocking and unexpected.

She advised that they cannot have eyes everywhere that time of the day when parents come to fetch their kids, and that they teach the 1 year olds to play gentle with the babies.
She accused me of having trust issues and that she recommends an aupair. She also informed me that I was fortunate that she did not charge me for the 5 minutes being early some mornings, however this being her choice to open the gates. She mentioned how she would charge others for being 5 mins late in the afternoons. She accused me of being anxious and difficult, eventhough I only raised this one concern. Mostly we debated his food, she wanted to feed him all sort of veggies and I wanted to introduce food at a slow pace which the chiro recommend. Every side has 2 stories, but truly, if you are a concerned parent and you prefer to do things at your own pace, I do not recommend this daycare.

I must add, she did give back half of the school fees for the month my baby did not finish at Babbalooz but I am sure this was for my silence and not done sincerely.

I am so happy this issue happened, we are so much happier with our alternative.
