completion of the renovations to my house which I saved for, for 5 years I was asked for a review. At my age I have learned that it is better to wait and evaluate the job i.e Gauteng with its Storms in summer time.
I'm at my end of ends, I'm not one to reach out on social media but feel that this is a last resort. What was suppose to be my dream home renovation turned into a 75% job, done where a agreement was signed with guarantees.
I worked very hard for the money to pay for this and we are devastated, frustrated and angry. We have tried on numerous occasions to have the most important parts of the job rectified with no results and empty promises.

If i could give less than 1 star i would.

I'm begging, if there's anyone who can offer help or advise, guidance on how I can fix this....please help.

Thank you to Bradley and the team. This company did our home and pool renovation and prices are so much more reasonable compared to these other people. A company that truly cares to help and does a great job! We were so impressed that our other family uses them for any renovation project. Thanks guys!

I want to share my experience with Brad's services, and I'll be upfront about it. Brad does good work, however, my experience with him left much to be desired. I hope my feedback can help others make an informed decision

I'll preface this by saying that I even asked Brad about some of his other bad reviews, and he explained them away as misunderstandings. Regrettably, I took his word for it, which was a mistake on my part. He even told me at the beginning that he doesn't 'work with difficult clients,' but, ironically, he turned out to be the unprofessional one.

We hired Brad to install a gas geyser, and he also supplied the geyser itself. He assured us it would be a perfect fit for our home. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to his promises, and we eventually had to sell it. Brad had assured us that any issues would be fixed under warranty, but that's when things went downhill.

We needed him and his plumber to come back and make things right, as he'd promised. However, it felt like he lacked motivation, probably because it would be a free fix. We endured three weeks without hot water, with Brad saying he'd come but never specifying when.

He often mentioned he was busy with other jobs, but we couldn't help but notice that he frequently left his team at our place while he attended to other clients. Sadly, we weren't given the same courtesy.

Finally, he showed up without his plumber and tried to fix things himself. After two days, we discovered water leaking from in our roof. We reached out again, but it's been two weeks without any follow-up. He keeps saying he'll come today, but we're left hanging without a set time and he does not pitch up.

To sum it up, Brad's work is good, but when it comes to fixing warranty issues, he seems more focused on making money than satisfying his customers. My advice would be to look for services elsewhere, as the hassle just isn't worth it.
