Drawing up plans of existing house and alterations
In the early 2000's we paid Andre for drawing up and submitting the original and alteration plans and then submitting them (we have documentary proof of this). He had them drawn by a draftsman. We have recently sold our house in Lynnwood area. With selling our house we were quite confident everything was in order only to be surprised that it is not. We now have to get them redrawn and resubmitted at exorbitant costs!!!
