I sent my vehicle there on 4 May. It’s been there for almost six weeks now.
They are the absolute worst at communicating and giving progress reports. I’m on the phone with them basically every second day, they always say they will get back to me or have excuses.
They NEVER get back to me so I constantly have to phone them back.
They delayed the repair process constantly because they kept insisting that my vehicle was a write off. My assessor had to go there multiple times to affirm that they can start with the repairs. I had to constantly be in contact back and forth with my insurance and them because there was so much miscommunication.
My assessor went there for hopefully the last time on 10 June and confirmed with them to start fixing the vehicle.
I’ve phoned them 3 times since then to get information on how long the repairs are going to take and to get an answer about a curtesy vehicle from them. They keep making excuses and saying they will get back to me but they still haven’t. I’ve been hugely inconvenienced without a vehicle and have had to take off a lot of work.
I’m constantly left without answers and progress reports.
I wish I never sent my car there in the first place.
