Lema Blinds

If I could give a 0 stat rating, I would. Called Lema Blinds to ask for a quotation. Was told they would call me back to schedule an appointment. Was called three days later and made the appointment for Wednesday. No one pitched for the appointment and they didn’t even have the decency to call to let me know. Called them on Thursday to tell them what happened and the receptionist said she would find out what happened and call me back. Thursday went by, so did Friday and no one bothered to call me back to explain themselves. Absolutely poor service. Be sure that I will never make use of their service and I will never recommend them to anyone. This experience will be shared as far and wide as possible to make sure as many people as possible know about this.
