Poor workmanship
Ceilings is falling out one after the other as well as other major issues.
When calling or messaging him, he doesn't answer and blocks you on every media platform.
Invoice states there is a 10 year guarantee ons his work but no joy to come and fix his poor workmanship.
Do not make use of this business!!!

Worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. So we paid the material deposit in August last year to start building November, giving them 3 months to plan this. Pieter said all good will talk closer to the date. As we got closer to November everything was still good we will talk closer to the date. We packed our house, all our furniture went into storage and we left Cape Town thinking everything is in order. As the dates got closer he would not answer my calls, my husband (which works abroad) phone him, then he answered still making promises. When we were a week away from the date, everything changes. Struggle to get hold of him and when we did, he said it will only be in December. We still thought how will the workers work over Christmas. Starting to thing this sounds like a scheme we went to go see them at the offices. He confirmed that all is still according to plan. We have been staying in guest houses since we left which is a financial burden and inconvenience. He phoned us 2 days before the committed date and said sorry buy the guys are going home for Christmas. We then asked for a contract conforming the new date in January. Obviously not even that helped. So eventually the date was set for the first week in February, they started loading materials from the Tuesday, Saturday I asked when they will be coming, they rep**** that afternoon at 3pm they are loading the last material and will be leaving soon. Since it's only a 3 and half hour drive I thought by 10 o'clock that night they should have been here by now, phoned Pieter just to hear they haven't left yet. This being my last night in that guesthouse with no other guest house available I had to leave for Gauteng the next morning. I phone Ronny the Forman at 7am, he confirmed the are leaving at 10am and will be here by 4pm. By 5pm when I phoned him they were still on the way, by 10pm the same story he was still on his way. By time he should be in Cape Town since he is driving forever. They pitched here after 12 that night. I came back the following day, booked into guesthouses again. They started very quickly I was so impressed all went Fantastic, until nothing forms Parr of the quote, we were supposed to be quoted according to the plans submitted. So there is no back door or sliding door included. I phoned Pieter and he said we should have checked the quote. So I had to pay Ronny to get the doors, then the insulation we asked for was not quotes, the electrical cable was not part of the quote and so on. So the quote was meaningless. We will have to pay extra. Until we reached a point where we had to wait for funds to clear. Ronny then stopped all work and refused to work until final payment is released. The house was not done so final payment was not due and as per our contract we said we will release final payment after inspection. Pieter was missing in action, no one could get hold of him. Linda stepped in (Linda is great).she had to pay Ronny the final amount for him to continue with the project. Now he was paid in full, and dislikes me so he started intimidating me and being spiteful because he won't be told what to do. We had no choice in shower, lights ext all is decided by him and also the placement thereof, if you ask something its an issue and you get attitude same as Pieter. After the second day of being spiteful I asked them to leave site, he had every reason under the sun why he can't. He **** and said his bakkie's lights are not working. After Linda instructed him to leave he opened the bonnet and connected his lights. Ofcourse he had made sure I have no water or surige in the house this was his way of leaving when it suites him. The left and then you se how poor they work is, and how ***** they are, they stand and sit in front of all the faults so you don't pick it up. The toilet was cracked and chipped which they put cardboard over for me not to see, when they left it was filled with filler! The DB board was drilled right trough the outside nutec boards with *****s sticking out. The sliding doors size was off so it was forced in resulting in the upright being bend and the wood splitted. The one wall the drywall sagged in, window frames are *****. So this is what you get for your money. We have spent R180 000 on living expenses and storage and since our commited first date. And we ate still liable for full payment.
