You deserve 0 stars your service is terrible. My husband and myself are currently going through financial problems due to your negligence and unprofessionalism. Who are you to cancel client services without confirming with the client, and request a refund from the insurers on behalf of the client without the client's go ahead or confirmation? is it not your job to ask when the services should start and end?
What Penny did was very wrong and has caused our family a lot of financial problems, emotional and mental stress.
