On their job advertising they say there is a basic salary but there isn't..you only work on commission. Which is hard cause you work as a tracer where by most of the time you don't find those people, which they say is 40 rand per file and if you find the client and they confirm a debit its 100rand but only if you used the procedure given, cause your call recording will be checked. So basically you might not get paid if the phone call was made without falling the call procedure.

There is No basic Income, as advertised

Firstly there is no ''BASIC'' as they advertise. You only getting paid after 6-8 weeks of working. Very bad management, late payments, bad environment, the manager is always yelling from morning till afternoon. They are not following labor acts, work on Saturday and also on public holiday which is not on contract. They do things their ways and you have no say as an employee, you do what they want and they command you. There is no respect, they do not appreciate their call Centre agents and they are the one working hard. they always threaten them with labor. The place messes with your mental health.

There is no basic, manager always shouting as if she is speaking to a 3 year old child. If you a new you will get paid after 8 weeks and only the files that paid, basically you can even get R100 after 8 weeks so they say according to files that paid even if you have 30 files. you are required to work on Saturdays even if you did not get paid. You not suppose to be off work, whether sick, family issues or money issues they do not care at all, they just want to see you at work and threaten you with labour. They do not comply with labour acts. You will be addressed as "you people" in meetings. You get paid weekly so when they pay you will feel it because they will tell you that you not working while they paid you as if they are owing you, your own money comes with a lot. they will make you work like slaves. There is no humanity in that company, I wouldn't recommend.
