You asked me to make and eft payment for the final installment in my account , which I did, Then you also took a debit order. My emails go unanswered and your phone number has been unavailable for 2 days

I called the company to make an arrangement. I don't think many people do that in this day and age. i tried to make an arrangement but the lady was so rude i dropped the call. Never again.

I’ve been requesting for a settlement letter from Easton Berry and all they do is to promise to send it immediately then will wait until the next day without any response from them. I’ve spoken with one of their consultant by the name of Mrs Bobby and she promised to send me the settlement immediately until now I have not received anything from her and when I phoned requesting to speak with her, it’s either she is busy or not available.

I arranged with EASTON BERRY inconection of with my old mutual account as my file was handed over to them due to retrenchment of covid 2020. i spoke to one of easton berry consultant we arranged about payment so its paid up now. im struggling to get paid up letter.
