If given the option, I would place no stars for them. Problem:Monday geyser burst and replaced. Geyser is a solar adapted geyser. Temperature stays on the low 40s all day long. No change at all.
Tuesday, call back to get them to fix the leaking tap in the roof. I ask if the solar working because no change in temperature, 41 all day long. The reply is that of if I have hot water, it’s working. But hardly takes interest in the fact the timer was on and that that heat is from eskom.
Wednesday, temperature drops from 45 -43 at the peak of the day.
Thursday, 37 all day long being the warmest and with the most sunlight of the week. Components ripped out when the old geyser was taken out of the roof. Video footage to prove and a written incident report by an independent solar geyser installer.

4. Cut out switch
5. AC thermostat
Findings:
-Cut out switch disconnected and the probe was take with MDN
-DC cables have been connected to the ac thermostat
-And the Earth wire exposed - leaving us at risk of electrical fire
Upon calling Maggie(manager) to feed back on all above, I've had no feedback about my cupboard door they chipped when onsite. She conveys that Terry and Co have said the door was like that when they got here. In a separate conversation with my husband though, he admitted it was an accident.
Ethics and integrity is not a value at this company.
DO NOT USE THEM. DON'T LET YOUR INSURANCE ASSIGN MDN PLUMBING TO DO ANY WORK AT YOUR HOUSE.
Into the second week, and my geyser is still solely an electrical geyser since the components have been ripped out and stolen by mdn plumbing. On top of all that, so much disrespect from their so called technical guy who had to tell me how many years of experience he has in the industry and that my geyser is being solar powered. Who insists he speak to my husband instead because I am having a day and probably can't understand these things, the husband will understand better. I was even told by the plumber who was here on site, "What do you know about solar?" That it is connected but the weather is just not hot enough.
