Technical service and sales advice could improve.

This store is an absolute joke.
I purchased a defective item recently. When I returned it "for assessment", the gave me an even more broken one back. When I requested a refund, they refused and treated a paying customer like he was in the wrong here. Terrible staff, service and general lack of understanding when it comes to basics like the Consumer Protection Act. DON'T SUPPORT THIS PLACE!!! Truly pathetic service. Bought a product that I realized once home was clearly opened before and missing parts. Plus it didn’t satisfy the need I told the salesman about, I never would have bought it if they hadn’t assured me and if I knew the goods were incomplete! When I returned it they had a no care attitude, asking me more than once what was missing as if I’m lying, I showed them again and again before they backed off. Of course now they had my money hostage(told me I would not be getting it back) and told me to go choose something else, I don’t want something else I want my money!!!! I eventually walked out with a credit, which I never wanted!!!! They lied to me, sold me used/incomplete goods, and now they are keeping my hard earned money hostage. They are beyond pathetic!! #worstservice And others would even say they act like thieves. If I could give zero stars I would.

Unfortunately can't give a negative rating. Customer service is shocking, or should say non-existant. Complaining to Management (sic) is even worse as they have a terrible attitude and find it impossible to return calls or give feedback. I suppose it's because they are too busy (sic) taking flack for their staff's terrible customer service and constant faulty products. Price is not everything people.

Don't buy from this shop they will deny you any assistance once a product is faulty

Manager Rikus Stander is rude and unprofessional. Please South African lay your complaints with the National Consumer Commission regarding the refund policy as may be illegal.
