TERRIBLE SERVICE- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH A FULL SERVICE AND REFUSE A REFUND!
I used this company for a bachelorette party, the service we experienced was a nightmare and the owner does not care about her customers.
Our bus driver Henry was 20 mins late to pick us up, I asked several times where he was and how long it would be for him to arrive. Henry did not communicate with me properly and never gave me a proper answer.
Henry then took us to our first destination, it was meant to be a 35 min drive but instead it took over an hour. Due to the extended drive we missed our reservation and lost out on R1000. We left and went on to our second destination, Henry dropped us off and then we never saw him again. We were with Henry in total for about an 1h and 30 mins.
At the end of the night (02:45 am), I phoned Henry to come and meet us where he dropped us off. We then walked down to the pick up point and he was not there so I phoned him again at 3:00 and he then told me the bus wasn’t getting started. Why did he not call me back the second he realized the bus wasn’t starting? He also put the phone down on me while I was speaking to him at this point. HE CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS!
I then called him at 03:13 I got hold of him and he was very rude, he was shouting at me and not making much sense, he kept saying he was trying to get hold of Colette (the owner) but according to him she was not answering. At this point I went on the internet to get her number and called her and she answered the first time so I really don’t think he was contacting Colette. When I was speaking to him, again he put the phone down on me. That is unacceptable, how can the transport we have paid for not be communicating with me properly. We were 10 girls at this point and on the phone I had said to him that he must bring our stuff to us because we are not walking out on the street as it was unsafe. He kept saying to me that we must walk down to him at the robot that we could not see from where we were.
Colette could not be bothered by the bus supposedly breaking down and their was no effort from their side to arrange another bus or actually bring us back home safely. I phoned Henry again at 3:30 and asked him to bring our stuff down, again he was shouting at me and refusing to come down to us. At 5:00 am the bus miraculously started working and Henry was able to drop off our stuff left on the bus back at our pick up point, however he was extremely rude to the girl that went to collect our stuff.
I expressed all my concerns to Colette and how disappointed I was in her service and demanded a refund. In total we payed the company R10 250 so it is only fair that we be refunded at the very least half that amount as he provided us with less than half a service.
Colette gave me a measly refund and when I repeatedly questioned her about it, I was ignored. I persisted and kept emailing Colette until she responded to me, only to be told that management deemed the refund as fair and equitable. She further stated that she was requested not to enter into further dialogue with regards to this matter. How can a company refuse to speak to a client of theirs and resolve and issue? They do not care about their customers and their customer service is terrible.
