I have sent them several emails and made several calls, no email correspondence nor do they answer there calls, only the operator. I was on hold for over an hour. I tried the call back option and still no reply. I submitted an online claim and wanted to know if they received all the necessary information but no acknowledgement from them. I only took out the insurance with them because of telkom. When I called telkom for assistants, they are now saying they only promote the insurance but are not affiliated with the company and I have to keep trying to call them. There is nothing they can do to assist me.

Administration Plus/ Adminplus Insurance company has the worst service ever. The only reason I am insured with them is because of Telkom, of which I will be cancelling soon. They never respond to emails, calls are hardly ever answered. It has been almost 4 weeks that I have put through my claim with them and up until this day nothing has been done, they keep saying that their systems are offline. I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone. If you want peace of mind, do not use Admin Plus Insurance.

I have been trying to call them for weeks regarding a claim for stolen phone and their number 086 111 8765 goes to voicemail. I submitted my claim almost two months ago, and had to email them 7 times, they kept asking for the same documents with different emails. I finally got an SMS three weeks ago telling me to pay R500 to get my new phone, why? Why am I getting an SM when I have been communicating via email? I am not the one that chose a more expensive phone, they did and I do not have R500 to give to them!!! I have been paying insurance for a phone I do not have because I am afraid to cancel before the claim is concluded and it seems like it will not be concluded any time soon. I am very upset about the service I am getting from AdminPlus.

Telkom should really do better and use insurance companies that are reliable and responsive. Adminplus is pathetic, useless, incompetent, unprofessional and all the terrible words you can think of.
Firstly, they don't answer their phone, the number 086 111 8765 just rings with no answer. Secondly, they suck at communicating, they just dont see the need to answer emails and tell the clients the progress/ status of their claim. I lost my phone four days ago and till today nothing.

Like really, how long does it take to process a claim? No one takes out insurance to not get help on the day they need it.

Dont fall for the adminplus (telkom insurance scam) rather take insurance privately.

They are unprofessional, useless and counting on you being irritated to not claim , they need to be held accountable for their actions and since Telkom seems to like them and agree with how they treat clients also need to be held accountable

this is the worst insurance company ever,I think telkom should be held accountable for this mess, this scam must be exposed somewhere

After paying my excess almost a year ago, on my first claim that I've being paying premiums for over 3 years, I have still not received my phone.
The Telkom store wants me to accept a half repaired device, as they were unable to fully repair the device, what a scam company. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Worst ever, more than a month now without my phone and I'm being ignored.

Ive claimed for my lost phone for the first time and I've been paying for 3 year. They wanna give me a phone i don't like.and i have to pay an access fee of R1140. While on my contract they said first claim is R500. Once i get the phone I'm canceling my insurance

I am extremely dissapointed with the service from this insurance and Nobody deserve this kind of service whereby you pay insurance for over 4 years and they fail to process your clain over their stipulated SLA and you have to deal with rude agents. If i only knew that i pay so much money for nothing. thanks to your bad service i will make a better decision next time.

I feel like I have been scammed, I paid access fee over a month ago and since then I never received communication from my claim handler...I have been calling and sending emails with no response.. I am done with Admin plus and Telkom...

The admin plus staff is so relax, they don't communicate anything with you until you call them.
Every time when you call the call center agents will Telkom you different stories and have no solution for you
All the people that you're told to email in order to communicate about the price of the claim they never reply to the emails you send to them

Their complaints department is just as useless they don't deserve that 1 star rating

I requested cancellation of my contract to ensure the new one in October 2023, the respondent very late just to request the policy number which I gave, now it is January 2023 the policy is not cancelled and they are not responding to my emails.
